As you likely know, we at the Arizona Artisans COLLECTIVE (AAC) are gearing up for this fall's grand opening of the Grotto Gallery near the hip Mill Avenue arts and nightlife district.
Located at 132 E. Sixth Street in downtown Tempe, the Gallery will showcase ten emerging Arizona artisans whose artwork includes sculpture, colored pencil illustrations, photography, oil and pastels, handmade jewelry, enameled metal, and handmade glass.
The Gallery will present these inspiring works in its "Escape the Madness" exhibit, which kicks off with an onsite reception on October 5th and runs through January 12th.
The world around us is loud, and political, and volitile these days.
We invite you to “Escape the Madness” and immerse yourself in a colorful and playful space - surround yourself with beauty and art.

Get to Know the Artists
Starting next week, watch this blog for detailed profiles of the artisans whose work we'll be featuring in the show.
Each week we'll take you behind the scenes to learn about one or more of these artists, their training and experience, what inspires them, where they show their work, and the unique processes behind their technique.
Then plan to attend the Grotto Gallery opening on October 5th to meet and connect with these talented artists in person as they share the magic of their craft and inspiration.
